Man from Parsons arrested on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges
On June 18th, the Parsons Kansas Police Department received reports regarding three domestic violence incidents that had occurred over the preceding three-month period.
These incidents were investigated and subsequently forwarded to the Labette County Attorney’s Office for review.
On Saturday, August 3, at approximately 11 p.m., members of the Parsons Police Department and Labette County Sheriff’s Office apprehended 28-year-old Tyrell Collins Foster of Parsons, in connection with multiple felony and misdemeanor charges arising from a domestic violence situation.
Upon law enforcement’s arrival at the residence, Foster fled to the attic in an attempt to evade capture. Despite this effort, officers and deputies were able to locate and arrest him without further incident.Foster now faces felony charges of Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Domestic Battery and Criminal Threat and misdemeanor charges of Domestic Battery and Stalking.
Foster is currently being held without bond at the Labette County Jail.
