Homicide arrest in Southeast Kansas
Ryan J. McCullough, 41, of Neodesha, Kansas has been taken into custody for the charge of Murder in the 2nd degree.
On May 5th, 2024 McCullough was involved in an altercation with victim David L. Wintjen, 63, of Coffeyville.
Wintjen died a few days later.
After a thorough investigation conducted by the Coffeyville Police Dept., a warrant was issued for McCullough’s arrest.
The Coffeyville Police would like to thank the Montgomery Co. Sheriff’s Office and Neodesha, Kan. Police Dept. for their assistance in the arrest.
