Missouri AG files lawsuit against state of New York because of Trump Trial
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey recently filed a lawsuit against the state of New York because of the legal actions against Donald Trump.
Bailey said: “The founding fathers contemplated that there would be disputes between the states. And they codified in article 3 section 2 of the U-S Constitution a method by which we would be able to redress those grievances. And it’s a direct appeal to the U-S Supreme Court. It’s an original action under article 3 at the U-S Supreme Court, Missouri V New York, to try to put a stop to the illegal gag order that the prosecutor and judge have put on President Trump so that we can hear from him. And to prevent them from sentencing him to prison so he can stay on the campaign trail and we can actually participate and engage in this Presidential election.”
