Missouri may have special session over the state budget

Will the state budget get passed?  

Missouri state representative Ben Baker says it might not pass in time:

“The deadline for the budget is next Friday.  Time is running out.  I think it is a possibility that we go to a special session on the budget if we don’t get enough time to look at everything.   We will see what happens in the next two weeks.”
