The IRS is reminding last-minute filers that the agency has multiple free tools and resources on their website, IRS.gov. 

They include tax preparation, answers to tax law questions, refund tracking, tax law research, and business topics. 

Some taxpayers, including certain active-duty military members and residents living abroad, automatically get more time to file. 

If you’re unable to get to the post office before it closes, you can submit the taxes electronically by 11:59 p.m. tonight through any online e-file program.
