City announces utility work creates temporary road closures for this week
Fountain Road closed at Swede Lane for residential sewer work starting Tuesday, April 2
Starting Tuesday, April 2, Fountain Road will be closed at Swede Lane, just east of Main Street, for the installation of a main sewer line for residential development in the area. Weather permitting, this closure will continue through April 5.
No through traffic will be allowed on Fountain Road, and detours will be in place for drivers to use an alternate route during this time. Please use caution in these work areas. The City appreciates your patience as the improvements are completed.
Davis Boulevard closed between 25th and 27th Streets on Wednesday, April 3
On Wednesday, April 3, Davis Boulevard will be closed between 25th and 27th Streets while Spire Energy performs utility work in the area. This is scheduled for a one-day closure and the roadway should be reopened on Thursday, April 4, weather permitting.
No through traffic will be allowed, and detours will be in place for drivers to use an alternate route during this time. Please use caution in these work areas. The City appreciates your patience as this work is completed.
