UPDATE: Police say 4-year-old girl has been located and is safe.


Civil Authorities have issued a Child Abduction Emergency for all of Missouri beginning at 4:38 am Sunday, March 17 and ending at 5:08 a.m. on Monday, March 18. - CANCELLED

The Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Kansas City Police Department issued an Amber Alert after a child abduction that occurred in Kansas City on at 9 p.m. Saturday, March 16.- CANCELLED

The suspect remains at large.

SUSPECT

The suspect is 36-year-old Aerian D. Bills, a black male. He is 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 262 lbs. and has brown hair and brown eyes.

The suspect has dreadlocks.

He assaulted the mother of the victim inside a vehicle.

The suspect's vehicle is a white 2018 Chevrolet Malibu 4-door bearing Missouri Temporary Registration '0' '7' '7','R' 'U' 'E'..
