New Wellness Series to Enhance Community Well-Being

Grand Lake YMCA and Northeast Tech Collaborate to Launch Series

GROVE, Okla. — Grand Lake Family YMCA and Northeast Tech are thrilled to announce a strategic partnership to enhance community well-being through a comprehensive Wellness Series in 2024. This collaboration signifies the two organizations’ significant commitment to promoting physical, mental and brain health among Grove residents.

The YMCA and Northeast Tech are both long-time champions of both individual and community wellness. By joining forces, they aim to provide accessible, evidence-based resources and programming to support individuals of all ages and backgrounds in their pursuit of holistic well-being.

“The YMCA and Northeast Tech are thrilled to come together to offer this innovative Wellness Series to our community,” said Adrian Arnold, Grand Lake Family YMCA Assistant Executive Director. “In today’s fast-paced world, prioritizing our physical, mental and brain health is more important than ever. Through this collaboration, we hope to provide the resources and support necessary for individuals to thrive in all aspects of their lives.”

The 2024 Wellness Series will feature diverse offerings designed to empower participants to prioritize their mental and physical health. From fitness classes and mindfulness workshops to brain health seminars and community events, the series will provide a holistic approach to wellness that addresses various aspects of individual health and fosters a sense of connection within the community.

The series’ first event will take place on March 5, 2024, at 1:00pm at the Grand Lake Family YMCA in Grove. Participants can expect an engaging lineup of activities and educational sessions focused on promoting overall well-being.
