Police arrest four in Stillwater for unlawful disposal of Longhorn carcass
Last December 1st, police in Stillwater, Oklahoma responded to a report about a dead longhorn cow disposed upon the front lawn of a fraternity house.
It was just a day before the Big 12 Championship game between the OSU Cowboys and the Texas Longhorns.
On Wednesday of this week, police arrested Bennett Fady, Luke Ackerley, Brody Shelby, and Andrew King for a misdemeanor of unlawful removal/disposal of a carcass.
The four were charged with the misdemeanor on December 29th.
The four were booked into the Payne County jail but then were released on their own recognizance.
They have reportedly pleaded not guilty.
