Saltkill sentenced to 20 years without parole for sexual exploitation of children charges

20 years without parole, that’s the sentence given to Jeffery Scott Saltkill of Springfield on sexual exploitation of children charges.  

Saltkill pleaded guilty last December in federal court.   

According to the U-S Attorney’s Western District Missouri office, Saltkill will be required to register as a sex offender when he is released from prison..
