Man arrested for armed robbery of Marionville Casey’s

The Aurora-Marionville Police report a masked assailant entered the Casey’s in Marionville armed with a handgun late in the evening on Saturday, Sept.30.

On camera, the person seen going behind the counter and taking vape supplies before being seen by staff. A brief struggle ensued which other customers joined in to help with.

AMPD arrived and took 18 year old Nickolas Justice into custody for the robbery. It was also discovered the handgun he possessed was reported stolen out of a nearby jurisdiction. It was collected and is in police custody.

Justice is currently held at the Lawrence County Jail.

This is still an active investigation.
