Fun weekend in Duenweg as city hosts D-Towne Jamboree

Food trucks, refreshments, and live music is what you can expect to see at Duenweg’s D-Towne Jamboree on Saturday, September 16th!

The city is taking advantage of their natural amphitheater at the Duenweg Fairgrounds, which is located about 4 miles south of MSSU on Newman Road, by hosting this fun family event.

The Jamboree begins at 2 pm and has no set end time. The four bands being featured are The Fabulous Greys, The Whiskey Outlaws, the Diversity Band, and Paralandra.

Along with the numerous food vendors, the Jamboree also features a saloon selling “refreshments” to those of legal age.

Other activities being featured at the event includes bounce houses, games, Animal Wonders, La La’s Kites, Mining for precious stones, a Batting Cage and Gelle Ball, and a spectacular car show presented by Crusin’ Main.

Admission is $5.00 per car. So, load up your car and come and enjoy all the fun at the Duenweg Fairgrounds and D-Towne Jamboree 2023!
