Pittsburg Police investigating pedestrian accident

First responders in Pittsburg dispatched to 505 N. Broadway in that city around 10:20 Thursday night after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.

Pittsburg Police say a Rachel Wilson was struck as she was crossing the street by a 2015 Chevy Silverado driven by 39-year-old Travis Maiseroulle of Pittsburg.

Wilson was transported to Via Christi Hospital by Crawford County EMS.

There is no report at this time on the severity of her injuries.

The accident is  under investigation by the Pittsburg Police Department.
