Endangered Silver Advisory Alert

The Kansas City Police Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 7727 Dove Avenue, Kansas City at 12:00 PM on August 10, 2023.

73 year old Virgil Chapman is a white male diagnosed with dementia that stands at 5’6″, and weighs about 140 pounds. He has gray hair, green eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue polo and blue jeans. According to police Chapman left his home in a dark red 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 bearing Arkansas, 160-TPY and hasn’t been seen since.

Anyone seeing the missing person or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Kansas City Police Department at (816) 234-5042.
