All national parks have free admission this Friday

The National Park Service is waiving admission fees at all of its sites Friday to celebrate the Great American Outdoors Act.
In 2020, Congress passed the legislation to make a historic investment in overdue maintenance needs at national park land.
Missouri has seven national parks, including the Gateway Arch National Park in St. Louis, Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield near Republic, and St. Genevieve National Historical Park.
Entrance to the parks is free, but does not cover the extras inside the park, like camping, boat launches and tours.
