Man in motorized wheelchair hit by car near Branson
Have you ever seen someone on a motorized wheelchair driving down the street and wondered to yourself, “What could go wrong?”
A 67-year-old man on a motorized wheelchair was hit by a car Saturday evening in Taney County.
The accident happened on Highway 76 east of Kirbyville, a town of just under 200 not far from Branson.
The State Patrol says Charles M. Morris of Kirbyville was hit from behind around 5:20 p.m. by a passenger car driven by 31-year-old Kelton L. Moore of Forsyth.
Morris was was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield with serious injuries.
