Two illegal marijuana growing farms raided in northeast Oklahoma
Both involved in sales to Missouri black market
A multi-jurisdictional law enforcement operation lead by agents of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) raided a pair of illegal marijuana growing farms in Delaware County this morning.
Officers seized almost 7,500 marijuana plants and 1,800 lbs. of processed cannabis.
The pot had an estimated total street value of approximately $12 million.
One person was arrested.
Officers from the OBN, the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, the Oklahoma and Missouri Highway Patrol, the Delaware County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force and the Grove Police Department took part.
An OBN spokesman reportedly said both of the farming operations were involved in illegal sales to the black market in Missouri.
