Cherokee County Delinquent Tax Sale Tuesday at 1 p.m.

The Delinquent Tax Property Sale in Cherokee County is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18th.

The sale will be held in the Cherokee County District Courtroom located at the County Courthouse at 100 West Maple Street in Columbus.

To take part you MUST pre-register and present a current driver’s license to the Cherokee County Treasurer no later than 4 p.m. on Monday, July 17th.

All taxes on bidder properties must be paid in full in order to register.

Successful bidders have to pay the winning bid plus a $21 fee – NOT the back taxes.
