Cherokee County authorities looking for suspect in truck theft
61-year-old Charles Amos described as "armed and dangerous'
The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office says a man is wanted in connection with alleged involvement of an incident Sunday morning in western Cherokee County where he stole a 2015 four-door Chevy truck after firing a shotgun at the owners, who confronted him.
The Sheriff’s Office says a man identified as 61-year-old Charles Amos fled the scene in the white truck which had tinted windows.
Amos should be considered armed and dangerous.
