Carl Junction Bluegrass 5K Glow Run/Walk returns in September

CARL JUNCTION, MO – The Carl Junction Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that the Carl Junction Bluegrass 5K Glow Run/Walk will make its return in September to help kick off Bluegrass festivities.

The 2023 event will be sponsored by Stone’s Corner Pharmacy.

Last year, over 70 participants ran the streets and trails of Carl Junction starting & ending in Bulldog Stadium at the Carl Junction High School football stadium.

The event will take place on Friday, September 15th. A 400 meter kid’s fun run starts at 6:30 PM with the 5K beginning at 7 p.m.

Participants are encouraged to sign up by August 24th to be guaranteed a race shirt. Each 5K runner/walker will receive a participation medal, trophies for top male/female in each category, and
overall male/female winners will receive gift cards and a trophy.

Prize bags will be given to all kid fun run participants. Registration can be completed online at
