Attorney General receives court order blocking Biden from violating First Amendment
A federal judge has granted a motion from Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey to block Biden Administration agencies from communicating with social media companies about suppressing posts on vaccines and election integrity.
The judge agreed with Bailey calling it a violation of First Amendment rights.
The order comes two weeks after the Attorney General testified before Congress on the right to free speech.
Bailey has, repeatedly, accused the Biden Administration of censorship.
The Biden Administration said that social media platforms must take account of the effects their platforms are having on the American people.
A final ruling has not been made in the case.
