NEW WEBSITE: Remote public access to Missouri case documents

Missourians will soon have remote public access to case documents. 

A new website has been launched by Missouri Courts to help residents learn more about upcoming changes to Casenet. 

The public access website on Courts.MO.gov has expandable question and answer sections to provide additional information. 

The changes include a move to remote public access through mobile devices. 

The new site answers questions including redacted confidential information, filing with the court, making a mistake, and why public access is being expanded. 

Public documents filed in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals will be available remotely first, followed by the court schedule.
