Accused man pleads not guilty in Barry County Court

A man accused of Second Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action pleaded not guilty to the charges this morning in Barry County Court.

30-year-old Richard Randolph of Cassville faces the charges in connection with the death of 40-year-old Andey Hunter of Exeter Missouri.

The death occurred at Miller Storage located at 1200 Old Highway 37 in Cassville.

Randolph was arrested near the scene.

Randolph remains in custody of the Barry County Jail with no bond.
