Man from Eldorado Springs seriously injured in early-morning accident

A man from Eldorado Springs was seriously injured in a one-vehicle accident on Highway E, five miles east of Montevallo in Cedar County around 1:38 this [Sunday] morning.

The MO State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 2008 Ford 250 operated by 20-year-old Rayden J. Davis of Eldorado Springs went off the right side of the roadway.

He then overcorrected and went off the left side of the roadway, hit an embankment and overturned.

Davis suffered serious injuries. He was transported by air to Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
