Kansas suspect in viral beer-smashing video charged with exposing himself to minor

A man from Topeka, Kansas, who was seen smashing cans of Busch Light in an area Walmart, is also facing charges of exposing himself to a minor during the disturbance.

A video of 44-year-old J. Dustin David Cain shows him grabbing numerous cans of Busch and throwing it on the ground.

The New York Post reports commenters speculated that Cain’s sudsy stunt may have been related to the ongoing boycott of the brewing company Anheuser-Busch, which is the parent company of Busch Light as well as Bud Light.

Police were called to the scene and took Cain into custody for Criminal damage to property, Battery, Assault and Lewd and lascivious – exposing sex organs to another 16 or older.

Police say at some point during the incident, Cain exposed himself to a teenager.

He was taken to jail on a $1,500 bond.
