Tax filing deadline less than a week away

You have just under a week left to get your federal and state income tax returns filed. 

IRS Spokesman Christopher Miller says e-filing is the fastest and more reliable option. 

“We see about a 20% error rate on paper returns, compared to about a 2% error rate on E file returns.”

Most people can also file their taxes for free if they follow the free file options online at I-R-S-dot-Gov.
