Lux Aeterna to show off recent renovation of Taylor Performing Arts Center

Morton Lauridson’s Lux Aeterna is slated for 7:30–10 p.m. tonight, April 1st, 2023, at Taylor Performing Arts Center at Missouri Southern State University at 3950 E. Newman Road in Joplin.

The performance is part of the Masterworks Series.

The renovation of Missouri Southern State University’s Taylor Performing Arts Center is essentially complete, and all are invited to celebrate with the Southern Symphonic Chorus and Southern Symphony Orchestra.

Enjoy a performance of Morten Lauridson’s Lux Aeterna, see the renovated space, and experience the talents of MSSU students, faculty, and community members.

The performance is free and open to the public.
