Woman found dead in driveway on North Florida Ave.

JOPLIN, MO – Joplin Police continue to investigate the case of a woman who was found dead in her driveway on North Florida Avenue late Friday.

Emergency Medical Services units were dispatched to the scene after the woman was discovered but they failed in any attempt to revive the woman.

Officers worked into the night processing evidence found at the scene of the discovery of the body at 1410 N. Florida Ave.

The woman’s name has not yet been released.
