One dead following Springfield crash

A motorcyclist was killed Monday morning near the intersection of Battlefield and the West Bypass.  

Springfield police reported the motorcyclist crashed into a SUV when the driver was turning.  

The driver of the SUV was taken to a Springfield hospital for treatment.  

No names have been released..
