Man from Carthage charged in Springfield fatal car crash

Fatal crash leads to first degree manslaughter charges and other charges against 22 year old Alan Jones of Carthage.   

Springfield Police report the accident happened back on December 3rd of last year at the intersection of I-44 and Glenstone. 

 According to investigators, Jones was going 94 miles per hour when he struck a car driven by Rita Deckard, killing her.
