Man from Afton accused of abusing, murdering infant

A man from northeast Oklahoma is charged with abusing and murdering a baby.

24-year-old Samson Eugene Frye, Jr. of Afton was charged by a Federal Grand Jury with murdering the child in Indian Country on Nov. 9th, 2018.

He is further charged with neglecting the child prior to that.

The FBI, the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, Grove Police and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol are the investigative agencies.
