Skeletal remains found by mushroom hunters identified
Authorities in Ray County, Missouri northwest of Kansas City say they have identified skeletal remains that were found in a wooded area by mushroom hunters on April 27th of last year.
The Ray County Sheriff’s office has publicly identified the remains as those of Colette Noelle Green.
According to the Kansas City Star, deputies in that area believe Greene was homeless, had mental health issues and possibly using drugs.
The sheriff’s office is asking anyone who may have information to submit tips by calling (816)-470-0156.
