Fire near Carl Junction damages automotive shop

There was fire in the Carl Junction area late Friday night.

It happened at JT’s Performance Automotive located on JJ HIghway, specifically at 6446 CR 290.

Firefighters had to deal with extremely cold temperatures while fighting that blaze that wasn’t reported until after 11 Friday night.

Luckily, there no injuries reported at the business or among firefighters.
