Pittsburg Kansas robbers bad timing luck

Robbers bad timing.  

Pittsburg Police on patrol just before 4:45 Friday morning saw someone running down an alley and jumping into a car behind the Snak Atak Convenience store on East 4th street.  

At the same time dispatchers received a call the store had just been robbed.  

After a short chase, a male suspect ran from the car and tried to hide under a house.  

29 year old Benjamin Lewis was arrested and is facing several charges.  

The car’s driver, 27 year old Cheyenne McNaught, was arrested and is also facing charges.
