Meredith named CEO of Carthage Economic Development Corporation

Jeff Meredith is the first CEO of the Carthage Economic Development Corporation.

Meredith comes to Carthage after working for the Monett and Carthage Chambers.

The corporation’s overall mission is to help businesses and industries in the Maple Leaf City.

Meredith has trained at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organization Management and the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma.

The tax-exempt Carthage Economic Development Corporation began operations in 1993.
