Missouri’s Roy Blunt gives farewell address on senate floor

Missouri U.S. Senator Roy Blunt gave his farewell address on the Senate floor Tuesday afternoon.

The retiring lawmaker is being replaced by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt in the U.S. Senate.
