Webb City Football Coach John Roderique announces retirement

One of the best football coaches in the nation, Webb City’s John Roderique, has announced his intention to retire.

Roderique announced in a tweet today that he’ll be retiring after 26 years as head coach of the Webb City Cardinals.

Roderique said that he was proud to be part of the community, the school and Webb City football.

He called his service an honor and a privilege.

The legendary coach said he’ll be leaving at the end of the current school year.
