Car goes off Route 96, overturns; No serious injuries

A car went off Route 96 about 7 miles east of Carthage Friday but there were no major injuries.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol report says the accident occurred when an eastbound 1998 Odyssey went off the road and overturned just after 2 o’clock Friday afternoon.

The driver, 21-year-old Adrian DeLeon of Carthage was not injured.

Occupant Guadalupe Tzun suffered minor injuries and was transported to Mercy Carthage hospital.
