Busy week ahead for Missouri Gov. Mike Parson
(JEFFERSON CITY, MO) – Over the coming week, Missouri Governor Mike Parson will attend various meetings and events across the state, including several stops to highlight road and bridge projects made possible by his administration’s historic infrastructure focus and investment.
On Monday, September 12, Governor Parson will visit infrastructure projects in Southeast Missouri and St. Louis. He will also tour Patriot Training Foundation in Warrenton and attend the ground breaking ceremony for American Foods Group’s new facility near Wright City.
On Tuesday, September 13, Governor Parson will host the French Ambassador to the United States in his office at the State Capitol and present a proclamation for Show Me Excellent Month during the monthly meeting of the Operational Excellence Leadership Group.
He will end the day by presenting a grant award to Thomas Stuart, a recipient of the Department of Natural Resource’s Energize Missouri Agriculture program.
On Wednesday, September 14, Governor Parson will present a proclamation celebrating the 75th anniversary of Toys for Tots. He will then visit an interchange improvement project on I-44 at the Route 744 Mulroy Interchange in Springfield and the new Buck O’Neil bridge project in Kansas City.
On Thursday, September 15, Governor Parson and First Lady Teresa Parson will cheer on the Kansas City Chiefs as they face off against the Los Angeles Chargers at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
