SILVER Alert. Have you seen this man?
The Greene County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 2501 S. York Ave., Springfield, Mo on Thursday at 10:00 in the morning.
The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is John Krawczuk, a white male, age 83, hgt 5’3″, 160 lbs, gray hair, brown eyes, wearing a blue checkered shirt, gray gym shorts, and brown shoes. Unique characteristics: wears glasses, blind in one eye
Diagnosed Medical Condition(s): Memory loss
Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident: Mr. Krawczuk departed his residence heading to Wal-Mart and has not returned home.
