Local 16 year old goes missing. Have you seen him?

Jasper County Sheriff’s office has released a missing person report for 16 year old
Mathew Messer.

Messer is a white male who stands at 5 foot 8 inches, weighs 170 pounds, has brown eyes, and brown facial hair. Messer was first reported missing back in August but was located safely. He is now missing again as of September 6th. It is unknown if he is on foot or in a vehicle.
