Afton man charged with Sexual Abuse of a Minor, Sexual Exploitation

A Federal Grand Jury in Oklahoma has returned an indictment against a man from Afton in Ottawa County.

39-year-old Glenn David Nickols is charged with Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Minor Under 12 Years of Age in Indian Country and Sexual Exploitation of a Child.

Nickols is charged with engaging in a sexual act with a child younger than 12 from March to August 2020.

He is further charged with sexually exploiting the same child by coercing the victim to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing child sexual abuse material.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is the investigative agency.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher J. Nassar is prosecuting the case.
