Missing Jasper County teen…have you seen Matthew Messer?

The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office has released a Missing Juvenile notice for 16 year old Matthew Messer.

Messer stands at about 5’08” weighs 150 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. The 16 year old was last seen in the area around Grand Falls, Joplin and was possibly enroute to the Pittsburg, Kansas area. Messer has been officially missing since August 21st.
