KCMO arsonist sentenced to prison for four-story apartment fire
A Kansas City, Missouri, arsonist is set to serve the next eight years in prison without parole.
Rodney Boyles admitted to setting the 2021 four-story apartment building fire that injured some of the residents.
The 36-year-old is also ordered to pay more than 12 thousand dollars to one resident that had to be intubated for nine days because of smoke inhalation.
Other people were seriously injured by the fire or by jumping to safety from the burning building.
