Recreational marijuana use on November ballot

It will be voted on in the November election.  

Missouri Secretary of State John Ashcroft announced Tuesday that enough signatures had been collected to place the initiative petition for marijuana recreational use in Missouri on the ballot.   

The measure also proposes expunging criminal charges for those convicted of crimes involving marijuana use or possession.
