Four Joplin nonprofits to split donation at firm’s 20th anniversary celebration

The Joplin law firm of Johnson, Vorhees & Martucci (JVM) will celebrate 20 years of distinguished service to its clients and the Joplin community by donating $20,000 to four area non-profit organizations at a special event this evening at JBs Downtown in Joplin.

Guests will determine how the $20,000 is divided by dropping symbolic coins into jars designated for four organizations.  They are Building Bridges, Lafayette House, The Alliance of Southwest Missouri and Children’s Center.

Total amounts will be announced at the event’s conclusion.

4:00-5:10 pm – Guests arrive and mingle

5:15 pm – JVM partners toast to 20 years of community impact

5:50 pm – Announcement of the $20,000 donation to the four non-profits

6:00 pm – Event ends
