Carthage resident killed in Saturday morning crash

The Joplin Police Department has released the name of the man killed in an early morning crash Saturday west of Grand Falls on Riverside Drive.

The deceased passenger has been identified as 19-year-old Keenan A. Reed of Carthage.

A juvenile passenger in the vehicle has been released from the hospital.

The driver of the vehicle is still in the hospital in stable condition.

This investigation is still ongoing and further information will be released as it becomes available.
