Saporito new president of PSU Alumni Association Board
Angie Saporito is the new president of the PSU Alumni Association Board of Directors.
She took over that volunteer position as of today.
Saporito is the administrator of Mercy Hospital Columbus. She has worked there 16 years, wearing many hats and helping the medical team serve thousands of patients.
She has a degree in Communications from Pittsburg State University
Director of Alumni & Constituent Relations Jon Bartlow says her positive attitude, warm personality, and proven leadership skills will be assets to her new volunteer role heading up the board.
She’ll be involved with a variety of university functions and award ceremonies honoring alumni, the annual Half-Century Reunion, and other special events, and will represent PSU nationally.
Saporito also serves her community as a member of the Columbus Chamber Board, the Community Foundation Board, Coffeyville Community College steering committees, committees at her three sons’ schools, and through local sports leagues.
Her husband, Clint, is a 2002 graduate of PSU’s College of Technology.
She is the daughter of Jock Castagno of Frontenac, and Bob and Kelly Duffin of rural Columbus.
