Missouri Gas Prices Way Up Since Last Week
The sticker shock at the gas pumps in Missouri keeps getting worse.
According to Triple-A, the latest statewide average price for a gallon of regular-unleaded is four dollars-49 cents a gallon.
A week ago it was four-17 — 32 cents lower than it is today. Missouri’s average price is still lower than this week’s national average of four-91 a gallon.
The cheapest average price in Missouri is in Vernon County at four dollars, 32 cents a gallon, while St. Louis city and Knox County are tied for the most expensive gas at four-63 a gallon.
