Jasper man killed in motorcycle accident Wednesday

A man from Jasper was killed in a motorcycle accident early Wednesday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident happened on Highway NN (Base Line Boulevard) between Avilla and Golden City.

The report states that 51-year-old Jason A. Lipari went off the road, struck a ditch, hit a utility pole, overturned and was ejected from his Kawasaki Vulcan motorcycle.

The Patrol says the exact time of the crash is unknown but Lipari was pronounced dead around 7:30 Wednesday morning.
